In a world increasingly defined by digitalisation, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, engineers' roles are evolving faster than ever before. With each new breakthrough comes new ethical questions and the responsibility to ensure that technology remains safe, fair, and human-centred.

DSE & Monopolet is a live debate in which three professionals from the tech industry discuss real-life dilemmas submitted by DTU students. The format is open, engaging, and thought-provoking, inviting you to reflect on the choices we face as current and future engineers.

This year’s theme, “Digitalisation, Cyber & AI,” explores how technological innovation shapes our society, from the security challenges of an increasingly connected world to the ethical questions surrounding automation and artificial intelligence.

Our panel features:

• KODEX – the Danish union for IT professionals, representing voices from across the digital sector and advocating for ethical and secure technology practices.

• TDC Erhverv – one of Denmark’s leading providers of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, protecting companies and individuals in an ever-connected world.

• One of the winners of the Danish Championship in AI, contributing an academic and innovative perspective on responsible AI development and use.

Students will submit the dilemmas discussed on stage, and this is where you come in.
